I ordered 3 new phones with Verizon at my local Costco store on 12/30/2023. 2 out of my 3 lines are on unlimited plus plan and hence qualified for the $200 switcher rebate.I received my phones on Jan 3 with temporary numbers assigned by verizon and I ported my existing numbers over to verizon on Jan 6. There was no email or instructions on how to claim the rebate. Long story short - after multiple calls and follow ups with verizon. the agent finally says today that I am not eligible for the rebate because I activated my phones only on Jan 6 and that the promotion ended on Jan 3. How convenient! How come the order date is not taken into account? Its only three months since I moved to verizon and I am already regretting it considering how much time I have spent on trying to get this rebate. Shame on Verizon that they advertise promotions to attract customers but are not even ethical enough to honor it.

Same thing to happen. We switched to Verizon internet when they were offering the Xbox series x and a $200 Amazon gift card back on 12/29/23 and after over 2 months of talking with customer service and them telling us that it would take 30 days to receive the card and after they told us 5-7 business (3 different times on different weeks) to receive the email with instructions on how to get the gift card, they told us again today that it would take another 5-7 business days or they could just credit our account since we still hadnโt received the gift card email.
