I got verizon 2 months ago and had them set me up with 5 devices coming for another company lost 3 numbers. Now I'm now only out on losing my number I've had for 10+ years . But now I'm out on ALL 5 rebate ecards. Not understanding why because I have been told every reason you can think of. I also was promised on text chat with verizon that I would had 1000$ in hand. That day has came and went. So when I called back wondering what has happened they just said I was denied and not a single rebate sellers rep nor supervisor or anyone would help. I was offered 400 credit because of the 3 phone Verizon failed to insert in there system. I also told them I have text messages and emailed stating I was approved. On top of all that I have a 300$ new bill when I was paying half that. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves for putting people through t what is rightfully there's. There is a special place for them in hail. Please forgive my grammar. My blood is boiling.
