Switched to verizon from t-mobile I got the 15 pro max and version home internet. I was promised A 200$ gift card and a Nintendo switch and that I would receive an email to redeem it but I never received anything I was promised now I have a high bill because I was under the impression of I add an extra accessory such as the home internet I would receive those offers but yet nothing came. I'll be switch from verizon pretty soon. Very disappointed

Hi Dmillz12, I'm concerned to hear you have had so much trouble with your redemptions. The card and switch would be through the My Verizon App but you receive an email when that is ready to claim. Can you tell me where you are in that process?

I know how eager I would be to claim my rewards, as I switched in December and had to wait on claiming those rewards then myself. I know that the Nintendo Switch portion does have a 60-day waiting period, and then a 65-day claim period. Do you recall the date when you purchased the Verizon Home Internet and switched to Verizon?

March 17, 2024 is when I purchased the home internet and switched my phone and got a new one. Would that be a good enough time Frame to receive the rebate

Thank you for that information. There is a 65 day waiting period before you can redeem the offers. Since you just started the Home internet last month, you're still not at the 65 days. ~Peter

Hi, getting promotions to work on Verizon is some kind of puzzle. Why this is beats me as I can't see how it helps Verizon retain customers. A company can't just be focused on bringing in customers, they have to try to keep said customers too. Anyway, another customer did figure out how to get their switcher rebate and posted some useful tips here:

Verizon is a serious corrupt company,I have never seen so much theft in my life,even if you apply every rebate they will charge you more than your original bill,they are so corrupt they can't even keep your bill straight = theft a theif shows their colors,I called bbb and fed representatives, what they are doing is illegal.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. I am going through the exact problems with Verizon. Now they are claiming it was the gift card or the switch., not both. They dont even know their own promotions. I switched from Charter on 3/19 to verizon home and only through constant battling, I did receive the target gift card but they will not honor the switch. Total corruption. I have contacted the better business bureau about this.
