200 verizon gift card

I purchased 3 lines and got 3 new phones from Verizon and was offered a $200 gift card per line of service added. I have recorded calls and dates and they refuse to hold up their end of the deal. I purchased these phones 75 days ago and was promised them after 60 days. I have talked to customer service several times and have been hung up on and not helped by any manager that I have asked to speak to. I am ignored and this company is going down hill.

Yes I did I was given a reference number *****. I was told I would have the $200 applied to my account each month. I had a manager yell at me and ignore my questions completely on phone call recorded. I was told they can’t give me my money! If you can’t help me fix this I’m leaving Verizon for good.

I have received only 1 of 3 payments of $200 for my gift cards. I am still waiting on $400.

I got it for purchasing 3 iPhones and transferring service from another carrier . It was an online in app deal. I was told I would receive credit instead of being given gift cards, now I’m being told they can’t do that.
