3 months waiting for gift card. It is an incorrect business practice.

Hello, I speak Spanish. I have had no response for 3 months about a Verizon gift card for $200. I see that it is a common company practice to ignore promotions.
It is unfortunate because this serves as bait for new clients and to establish a legal contract.
In an era of technology where all the information is available, support always doesn't know the topic, asks for more information and tries to get me to abandon the topic?
It is very complicated to log into my account, see my purchase date and see that I have never received the promotional gift card ?
Why wait in line? write in forums? call hourly support? We all know that the problem can be reviewed in a minute. It is a bad practice.
Excuse me, but I use a translator. I see that thousands of people have the same problem and thousands of others never write.

Hello, my gift card process is having problems. Is it really impossible for Verizon to honestly guarantee me a promotion?
You cannot handle all the information and verify my data and then cancel and evade the promotions, that is not only unethical,
I would like to escalate my case if possible or otherwise simply take actions that guarantee my rights. It's nothing personal, apparently it's a permanent commercial practice. It's not me, it's thousands of clients going through the same thing.
Excuse my English, I use a translator, thank you for your time and patience, it is nothing personal with your effort, I know it is a corporate policy.
