I joined Verizon with a new line & new devices ordered online because it stated if you purchased a new line online, you’ll would receive a $300 gift card. I ordered on 12/18/24 and I still have not received anything. I have called several times, with up to 45 minutes to over an hour each call. Then being placed on hold only to be disconnected with no resolution. I explain that I have submitted my submission which was approved on January 24th, and I was told I would absolutely have my gift card by March 21st. Today is June 17, 2025, and I have not received ANYTHING! I have reached out via chat, and I have saved those conversations, again telling me I have nothing to worry about. That I qualify for the gift card, and I would be receiving it. Again NOTHING! WHAT A JOKE!!! I was even given a tracking # and a reference # if I had any issues receiving my card. I call back with that info, and I am again put on hold and the call disconnects. Who has time to keep calling back and explaining over & over & over again that I have not received this gift card that I was promised. something I should already have received. If I could leave Verizon I would but now I'm locked into a contract with a company that does NOT care about their customers. I feel like this whole $300 gift card promotion is just a way to get customers locked into a contract and then they do not follow through with what they promise
