$300 GIFT CARD

I recently purchased a new line and phone with the $300 gift card offer. Verizon did not give me the area code that I choose when I made the purchase, so I had to call in and get the number changed. Well this (or some other mysterious reason) led to my submission getting denied. I chatted in about it, and was "guaranteed " that I would be able to use it in 3-5 business days. Well that was about 12 business days ago and still nothing. It would be nice to do business with a company that does what they say they will do, without the need for customers having to keep detailed records of every single transaction due to the fact that there is a really good chance that the company will not make good on their promises and promotions. This is not my first rodeo of having to track down promotions and price adjustments, but I would really love it if it can be my last. Verizon, can you please fix this?

Um...I don't like to be the bearer of bad news, but I think the number change invalidated the promotion, because when you sign up for some promo, it's tied only to whatever it was started with. ☹️

You're welcome.  If continued attempts to redeem the gift card promo keep coming back as "invalid", then someone at Verizon needs to reassign the promo to your current number before you can redo the submission.  I've definitely read about this problem before.
