$300 Gift Card

I ordered 3 new phones last November 24, 2024, in an on-line  transaction that began online  but finished via telephone as required in the process.  The 300CARTOFFER24 was based on making on-line purchases.  

2 lines were  ported from T-Mobile and one new line was added.

I have received multiple tracking numbers and been assured I would receive a pin within 5 days through the mail.  This has not happened in 3 attempts.  I have spent HOURS on the phone with customer service being  transferred from agent to agent and have screen shots of the wait time. (BTW, T-Mobile customer service puts Verizon to shame).

What is happening Verizon?  I have been a lifelong customer with a 1-year switch to T-Mobile whose network was insufficient for travel.  Now I find our reception in our home area has declined to a pathetic level.

What can I do to get our Gift Cards? I did the entire order on-line and was unable to process the payment and prompted to call to finish the transaction.  My receipt cleverly says that I purchased via telephone order.  DId some agent get commission for this? I did all the work and called in  my credit card.

I'd like answers and more than that I'd like our gift cards.  I have also been in touch (again for hours) regarding our poor reception and promised an extender.  It's been weeks and our calls are still dropping.

Verizon, how can you remedy these issues?  1. Gift cards   2. poor reception compared to the past   3. loss of confidence in your brand
