Hello. I recently switched to Verizon from T-Mobile. I was offered a $300 gift card to switch. I checked the order status and it appears it was "delivered" via email on 2/6/25. I scoured my email (including all spam folders) and didn't see it. It is showing delivered on the MyVerizon site. I called customer service and they verified my email is on file and resent the email but still don't see it. Apparently it has been approved, I just need to know how to claim it. The deadline is really close.
