$300 Switcher rebate 2025

I ported in my old line and during checkout I was told I could get a $300 rebate for bringing my line. No representative can help me get my rebate code currently as there is a current $300 “on us” gift card for ordering the “on us” deal online so they automatically say it is the same offer. Which it clearly is not and has been a rebate for a long time now. Anyone have luck getting a rebate code for porting in their number?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we confirmed you were able to resolve the Meta Quest offer. Anyone else who might experience this issue, there’s a few reasons an offer, promotion, or rebate might not appear or apply. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. An error with the promotion system or not submitting for the rebate/offer in the right timeframe.

Hi! Can you please reach out to me too as I have the same issue. I was offered $300 for completing the offer online for a new iPhone 16 on you…plus was offered $300 for porting “bringing” my numbers. I only see the one offer. Thank you!
