Its been 2 months, chasing 2 gift cards - $200 and $100. Offer was redeemed on 07/11/25 and no emails yet on where are the gift cards. Its been run around and waste of time chatting with agent who will keep on transferring to other agents. Any help?

No response, customer service s**** big time at Verizon. Some one reached via private message, then transferred to another agent and no resolution. Just a run around for items that I should have received in July.

No. The only thing she kept on assuring was - understanding my pain, and that i will get my card details in 2-3 days.

Its not redeeming, I NEVER received the cards. 1) I redeemed both the cards after 90 days 2) next as per my understanding I should have got 2 cards details in my email. The second step never happened and NOW I am chasing

I tried calling the 800#, they just kept on transferring me to several departments. Last lady assured I will have gift cards in few days. Its few weeks, I still complaining about the same issue. To answer ur question yes i tried. If there is any specific number, please share
