$300 gift card issue

I recently added a line to my plan and I was told that I would receive a $300 gift card when I called. They said I had to go to the store to scan something and when I got to the store, they told me I had to reach out to customer service it’s been a back-and-forth Situation and I would like to know how to go about getting my $300 Verizon E gift card.

Don't worry, you've reached the right department to get this resolved for you. All rebates/ E gift cards go through a redemption process online, have you checked your My Verizon app, under My Notifications > App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates?

I did check and call, and I was informed that a code would be sent to my email, but I never received it. When I called again, I was told to wait longer, but it still hasn't arrived. My bill states that I need to redeem it by the 17th.
