$300 gift card issue

I recently added a line to my plan and I was told that I would receive a $300 gift card when I called. They said I had to go to the store to scan something and when I got to the store, they told me I had to reach out to customer service it’s been a back-and-forth Situation and I would like to know how to go about getting my $300 Verizon E gift card.

Hi there Agablenz86, we want to deliver on our promotions and we're disappointed to hear about the back and forth you recently experience. Don't worry, you've reached the right department to get this resolved for you. All rebates/ E gift cards go through a redemption process online, have you checked your My Verizon app, under My Notifications > App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates?

I did check and call, and I was informed that a code would be sent to my email, but I never received it. When I called again, I was told to wait longer, but it still hasn't arrived. My bill states that I need to redeem it by the 17th.
