I just got a new iPhone and started a new line and it said I qualified for the $300 gift card but I can’t find out how to redeem it.

Access the rebate from My Notifications or by navigating to My Orders > Rebates.
Review information and click Submit.

On My Verizon App

Access rebate forms through My Notifications > in App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates.

Review the information
Click Submit.

I have the same issue. It shows I'm eligible on my receipt, but there is nothing under my notifications. I even received an email that directed me to the notifications, but again nothing there to redeem.

i've the same issue but the promotion code for $300 verizon gift card is nowhere to be found on my "in-store" pick up.  now i've got about two weeks before my submission deadline 😞 and the sad part is that we took the plunge from T-mobile and have been met with this.  1st world problems i suppose.
