$300 new customer rebate gift card

I just had a horrible experience with the rebate center. You ask questions about the fact that Verizon has not processed my rebate yet (it was due before Jan 12). 

I was forwarded to this dead-end call center in India where a man just kept shouting terms and conditions and refused to answer any questions.  The place they send you when the help center can't actually help you.  

If my payment to Verizon was late, I would get all sorts of penalty fees.  But when they actually drag their feet and do not pay me, I get brushed off.  

My first two months with Verizon, and I'm already trapped in a sad corporate labyrinth.

Going back to AT&T.

Started on Dec. 6 but had to submit again on Dec. 24, for some reason. That one went through and gave me an ID and tracking information. The website says/said that it would be processed before January 12.   Shipping sometime after it was processed.  

 
I know that rebates can take up to eight weeks.  But it hasn't been processed at all by the date that Verizon communicated:  January 12.
 
This $300 is a rebate payment to me.  If my payment was late to Verizon, I would be charged late fees.  Yes?

I can’t find my rebate information anywhere. Used it to pay my first bill and then I got rid of the email I was sent..I still have $100 on it for my new bill..can you help me find out what info I need.. thanks

Hey, Martin105. I would be concerned too if something happened to my rebate! Have you checked your Trash folder on your email provider? When you delete an email, it will go to your Trash folder before its fully removed.
