$300 rebate near impossible to redeem

I applied for my rebates back on December 4th. Since then I've chatted, messaged, called, etc and always reassured that I would be getting the rebates. The reps kept saying, 1 more week, 2 more weeks, etc. Tomorrow was supposed to be the day I received them but I just got a notification they are "invalid". All the information is valid and at this point I'm starting to think this is all a sham designed to make it near impossible to get the rebate. It honestly feels like something "Nathan for you" would come up with.  How the heck do I switch back now that I'm so invested almost 2 months?

12-4-2024. it was 4 lines, $300 each. I've chatted, called multiple times.

Sounds like we all need to start making calls to the FCC  - Verizon, this rebate was a HUGE reason I selected you over AT&T.  Its difficult to talk to anyone. Then you send a link that goes no where, but it also disconnects the call. This is ridiculous and advertising rebates with no intents to fulfill them is fraud.

I have applied for $300 rebate for 4 lines in January. When I called them, they said everything looked good, but i have to wait 8 weeks to receive my rebate cards. After 8 weeks, I got the email saying my rebates are invalid.
