I recently opened a new line for Verizon and was told I was going to get a 300 dollar gift card but it isn’t coming and I haven’t received any emails or no tracking numbers. I’ve already talked to 2 people and each time they tell me I have to wait 30 days but the more i waited I started looking into it and I see other people say it’s just a ploy to procrastinate to where we just give up. Verizon please direct message me to where we can resolve this. It’s the only reason I even opened up a Line with Verizon
