$300gift card promotion issue is not solving yet

I changed 5 lines from AT&T to Verizon wireless last December 7 2024. 

There was $300 gift card promotion. So I was qualified and verified with Verizon Wireless Customer Representatives.

But as of today August 2, I've never received the gift card or e-gift card yet. 

I talked to 5~6 customer reps from Verizon wireless, they always said DON'T WORRY, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.

But nothing happen yet.

Even I talked with a supervisor of Customer representative on Aug 1(Sat), he said he will take care of it, but after almost 12days still now, no response yet.

Please help if anyone had same issues.

Customer service Rep is not helpful.

They can do NOTHING to solve my issue.
