$50 XBOX Gift Card

I signed up for home internet. Had to wait until 12/23 to redeem my free Xbox and gaming package that includes headset, controller and $50 Xbox gift card. I redeemed all today and show they are all scheduled to ship except the $50 gift card. It said I would get an email but have not. I do not see the $50 gift card on the receipt I redeemed for the gaming package. When will I get it?

When did you place the order for the controller? Normally, the email with the gift card is sent out 48 hours after it is placed. Did you use a valid email address?

I used my normal email is there a way to check and see if itnwas put in wrong I got the emails to redeem them and that they shipped from it

I have checked them both daily. I have received nothing. It says on my invoice that I should receive an email with redemption information in 24 hours, but nothing has been sent in my email.
