65” Amazon Fire TV arrived damaged

Someone please help me.

I signed up for the promo that was add a line and buy a iPhone 15, get a free 65” Amazon TV. 
Yesterday it was delivered. I work from home so I was here and the UPS driver left it right in my living room. I was so excited for our new tv.
Then this morning I open the tv get it out the box and set up and plug it in and the screen is completely busted. I was so disappointed. 
I have contacted Amazon three separate times today  to no avail. They offered that I could return it for 0.00 dollars and I cannot replace it because it was purchased with the promotional credit. Basically that I am out of luck. I have contacted Verizon also and been transferred multiple times and basically got no solution besides wait 5 days for someone to reach out. 

please someone help. I feel so jipped 😭 bcuz I also had the option to just get a free iPhone 15 without the tv but I chose to pay monthly so I could have a new tv 😭😭

If CS doesn't send you the PM for whatever reason, click or tap the envelope at the top right to go to your PM section and it works like email from there.  Send your message to vzw_customer_support and they'll get back to you, although it may take a couple days since it is currently Saturday and they don't spend much time on the forums on Saturdays and are not here at all on Sundays.

This also happened to me!!!!! This is sort of the reason I even swapped to Verizon!!! Does Amazon just send your customers the damaged junk they have? I also need to be contacted!!!!

This just happened to me as well. The TVs screen was completely busted and honestly that’s why I switched to VZW. Now I’m feeling like this happens often and nothing happens. I just started return process with Amazon. They said they could not replace it.

Same thing happened to me, tv was delivered monday and I opened it Tuesday and to my surprise the tv was cracked. Very disappointed, ill have to send it back and i dont even know if the promo code will work.

Do not just send it back. They will advise it is zero dollars refund. I did finally get my tv replaced through Amazon but I had to go through like 15 different agents. Request to speak to someone in the warranty department. Good luck.

Go to devices and talk to a representative even though it gets shipped through Amazon Verizon is the seller they will ask for you to go live with them to see the tv the packaging and all i went live showed them how damaged the tv was without taking the tv fully out the box once you show them the representative will put you on hold for a few minutes talk to who ever they talk to then come back with a damaged ticket number and a shipping date . Hopefully this helps someone

Do not send the tv back to Amazon they will not give you full refund call Verizon and ship it back to Verizon
