I upgraded to Unlimited plan and got the Samsung 23 FE instead of the S24 like I wanted because I was told I could redeem an offer for a TV after 30 days. It's been well over 30 days now, and I continue to check the Verizon app for the offer. No email was received either like others have said. What gives? I wouldn't have even gotten this phone if it wasn't for the TV offer. This feels like a sham to get rid of last year's models.
