I upgraded my phone to the S24 and selected for the 75 in TV offer. I waited 30 days and no email came in so I called Verizon Customer Service. They confirmed that I met all the requirements and would send it to "Escalation" I never heard back so I called all to be told that my claim was denied because my offer was either redeemed or I was credited. I have never received a credit and have not received the redemption email . As of right now, the last representative put in another claim to see why they said it was already redeemed but I have not heard back. It has now been 2 weeks since I started calling and I am getting very frustrated. I have been a customer for 11 years, never late on my payments . Verizon needs to keep their end of the deal or I will be reporting them to the BBB.
