I purchased your internet service on 08-06-23 so that I could receive NFL Sunday Ticket. For the past 4+ weeks now, my husband and I have spent HOURS in the store, on the phone with customer service, and on the live chat with your agents simply TRYING to receive what YOU promised us, yet there has been no resolution. Well guess what — The regular NFL season started today and we missed out on watching our game (as did so many others you’ve rail-roaded with this fraudulent offer), and we are not happy.
here are the three solutions as many of us see it:
1.) You can send me a WORKING link by end of day tomorrow to redeem the offer of NFL Sunday Ticket Access.
2.) If you cannot send me a working link to redeem access tomorrow, you can credit us $349.99 for the cost of NFL Sunday Ticket since you promised this service to us, we are entitled to it one way or the other.
Please kindly respond promptly with your resolution of this problem you have created, thank you.
