I’d like to add a business line to my account, but I would like to take advantage of the promo and get the new phone for my existing line. Is that possible? So basically what I wanna do is get the new line added on my old Apple and then the new Apple be For my already existing line. Is that possible or will the promo code not work?

IMO, no. Because you can't mix/match business accounts with personal ones - they are 2 different parts of the company. Even if your existing line is a business account and you want to add another line, I'd have to think the new phone has to go with the new line. Switching anything around while on a contract will break the contract.
