After 25 yrs loyal customer gift

Why not start an incentive program for loyal customers of over 25 yrs & give us a GIFT of a new phone of OUR standards ( meaning.. look at our upgrades & see if we get the basic or best when we upgrade) & Every 5 yrs after that.
THAT would keep a LOYAL customer from looking else where, that’s something nobodies offering.
After 27yrs with 4 lines (for years) I’m sure I’ve paid a few Verizon employees houses off. YOU can afford it Verizon. And ……how many of US Loyal OVER 25 yrs customers are out there?Because…EVERYTIME I call- they tell me I’m ONE of the few that they’ve seen over 27 yrs.
I get nothing more than the guy that’s been with u for a year.
I’m a beautician for 35 yrs & I’d always recommended Verizon to my clients over the competition in my area ( blank blank cellular) But now with all these different companies i don’t recommend Verizon because u all offer the same & have nothing to look forward to. Something to work towards ( Top notch phone IF that’s normally what u upgrade too) makes a person feel good, NOTICED and Appreciated BECAUSE they HAD to WORK for it.
AND appreciated is what I’d like to feel.
So consider taking this post/message to the next board meeting please.
Ps. PRAISE- Your customer service has ALWAYS been nice & took care of any problems i’ve ever had so thank u for that.

If you don't mind having to pay even more on your bill to cover all those free phones, sounds like a great idea. But I'm pretty convinced the reason why this isn't being done by any company is because "there's no such thing as a free lunch". The promotions being offered by carriers (even to new customers only) all have a catch to them.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
