We switched to Verizon and one of the deals was to get a free Apple TV device for buying a phone or something I forget details. Like a bunch of other people here I was never able to actually redeem the offer and had to get an agent put and order in for me. But it’s never been shipped out! It’s been 6 weeks for me at this point and no amount of hassling agents can help, they just keep tell me they’re opening tickets and to wait a few days.
Have people actually been getting their device?
The switch to Verizon has been honestly such a hassle, issues redeeming the Apple TV, 200 dollar gift card never showing up for us(an agent was able to help with this eventually thankfully), even getting the discount for for having Fios and Mobile is a hassle and is still not showing up out bills. I thought Verizon would have their act together.

I’ve been trying to get my “Free” Apple TV since December 2023! First the link sent me to cart and tv was not free, but showed I owed $140.00+ After many hour long contacts with Verizon they put it in my cart for free, but then it never shipped. More calls and I’m told that the order would need to be canceled and reordered. After doing this I received TV, but was still charged the $140.00. Now Verizon is giving me the run around to get it off my bill! I would have never switched had I known how their customer service will never give you anything, but simply “opens tickets” for support and then close them without doing anything. I think it actually might be a crime. Intentionally making it impossible to get their “free” promotion. It’s unbelievable!

The SAME exact thing happened to me. The worst part was I called on 3 separate times that I had been trying to redeem it and they supposedly put in the order twice with order numbers and everything. They told me it was a system issue and the system cancelled it....
I called yesterday about it and the agent was nice but he was the only one who told me that you are supposed to redeem it with the payment info and they would give you a credit after for it. Now he said it expired and they can supposedly do nothing about it, which I know they can because I tried to redeem it 3 times and it's their fault that it didn't get to me. How are you going to promise something that lures the customer in and not receive it? Why do I have to call 3 separate times and still not have the apple tv despite putting in 2 orders for it? That's completely ridiculous. Honestly very unsatisfied with my Verizon Experience. They used to be the best. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
