I switched to verizon in Jan 2022 with the offer BYOD and get $500 gift card. Applied for the rebate on the website using the promo code shared.
I have not received my gift card yet and this March 2025, I reached out to the customer service multiple times, phone/text spending hours explaining the issue every time but this was never resolved.
What is the wait time to receive a promised $500 gift card?
