I was shown a pop up in the Verizon app for a $200 credit if I completed the purchase of an iPhone 16 pro max that I had saved in my cart. I completed the purchase but never got the credit even after a month. I called the customer service and spent 2+ hours on the phone but customer care pretended as if they don’t even know about such a thing.
Such a dishonest swindle that the Verizon app is making offers that the Verizon employees won’t even acknowledge.
