I see some business owners have experienced a problem with the Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions in 2023. Our business accepted a promotion for existing customers in which we traded in 6 phone 11's to upgrade to iphone 13s which were to be without equipment charges. We were required to agree to a 3 year contract.
Verizon has failed to apply the promotional credit and continues to charges us $104 per month for equipment charges. Hours and hours of time has been spent. One representative promises us they have submitted a promo correction that will resolve the issue (although I was told that same thing in January). Another supervisor tells me they don't see a promotion as described at the time we submitted our order for phones.
Really awful experience.
