I purchased the Samsung 24 plus on black friday with the 75in tv promotion now customer care tell me they have no record of me make the purchase on that promo. Like it never happened. At checkout they offered 200 gift card. Now I have no TV or gift card. And I have wasted hours on the phone with customer care for them to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. I didn't even want a phone but this deal was to good to pass up. I must be stupid to believe verizon would honor this for everyone. At this point I see why everyone say bad things about verizon. This is crazy. I would purchase a phone a regular price on black friday come on man. I don't even talk bad about companys on social media, but at this point I have to.

Same issue for me, one customer service rep says weโll receive the redemption code in 3 days, another one says we donโt qualify, a third one created a report and blamed the store for not processing it.
As a new customer, I already want to leave.

Same in Billings Montana. I have Verizon employees on camera telling me about it offering it saying I qualify, then here we are 5 months later no tv
