Bring a device for free offer -- - 18 year customer

How is it that I can spend close to 10 - TEN - HOURS - on an issue - promised TWICE the deal I was given (in June - bring a device for free under an existing line for 36 months) - that YOU offered to ME .... that I signed off on TWICE - - and conveniently you can't see once you click your link again!!  And you have NO record of ANY of it - even though I gave you the names of the people who solved it for me - - and who I separtely here gave kudos to!!!
Yet - - Your people tell me there was NEVER any deal - - even though I saw it online and I can STILL google it as a June deal - and your people know NOTHING about it!!!!
18 year customer - - now looking into TMobile - Visible - - ANYone but you.... 
Too much time in the summer to chase your own incompetencies down

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the promotional value issue has been resolved, and an explanation given for the billing. If others encounter problems with getting the full promotional value, some common issues can include these items:

Not meeting the promotional requirements of the offer.

An error with the promotion system.

The redemption process hasn’t been completed.

So - - the bill for July is now ready and it needs to be reviewed for errors - - also -- I just got an email saying that a discount was expiring - so need to know more about what is going on here

Wow - -as I typed this got the message the bill was corrected - - thank you - - but still trying to find out about the discount that goes away
