Can’t Redeem Gift Card

On September 16, 2024 I added a new line of service to my account and purchased an iPhone 16 Pro. 

Part of the reason I did this is because I got an offer for a $200 Verizon Gift card with this order. Well, the offer shows up on my receipt and says “Redeem by November 15, 2024”, but I have no idea how to redeem anything to get this gift card

I have chatted with Verizon three times now, and each time they tell me I need to wait a few days. Well it had been 30 days now and I still don’t know how to get my gift card. I am worried Verizon is trying to tell me to wait and wait until after November 15th, at which point they will tell me it is now too late to redeem this offer. 

Anyone have any ideas on what I should do here?

We don't want you to miss out on this great deal. In this case, you are able to redeem your promotion by going to "Make the most out of your plan" from your My Verizon app or website. If you have any issues, let us know.

Can you please provide instructions on how to locate “Make the most out of your plan” on the website. 

I can’t location that section on the website.

- Sign in to your My Verizon account. 
- Find the “Exclusive Home offers” tile under "Make the most of your plans"
- Click it to get started.

Just in case anyone else is reading this, I am accessing the Verizon website on my mobile device  I do not use the Verizon app.


I have have logged into my account and gone to more>notifications  and don’t see anything there. I have gone to my offers and don’t see anything there. I have gone to http://m.vzw.com/rebatenotification and see nothing there  

The deal does show on my order receipt though , as shown in the screenshot:
