Can’t redeem xbox

Signed up for home WiFi and Xbox was part of the promotion. Said I would get an email after 14 days and I did. Email says to look under “make the most of your plans” and shows me nothing to redeem an Xbox help would be appreciated thanks

Yes and shows nothing I do have the email that it’s ready to be redeemed

I also can’t redeem mine despite being told I was going to get one in store when I signed up.

I switched to Verizon Home Internet during the Black Friday event. The promotion was to receive a X box Series 6 console. The terms were this console can be redeemed after your account is in good standing for 14 days. After my 14 day requirement, I received the email to redeem.  I have tried to redeem but the tile for the Xbox console is missing. I see this is happening to several people.  In researching there are many message boards dating back to an Xbox promotion in 2023. Verizon has had constructive notice of issues with redemption and now they are experiencing the same issues 1 yr later. I am currently on hold for over an hour.   My rep keeps telling me she will “stand on her chair” for supervisor assistance and each time experiences an error and I’m back on hold. This is not the customer experience anyone should have to receive.  As a customer I placed my good faith in Verizon for their internet service and to keep the promises in their advertising terms and conditions. Can someone rectify this matter without hours of staying on the phone?
