Cannot find promo code for $200 switcher credit for porting from AT&T

I Purchase new service and ported 4 lines over from AT&T on 10/29/2024 and have not received any emails or notifications for the promo code needed to get the rebate.
What has to be done to get this rebate code??? I am no at risk of not getting $800 worth of rebates that was promised for switching.

I completed the purchase on the Verizon website and on the port page showed that I would be getting $200 rebate per ported number

No emails. I asked an in store rep who helped me activate my phones and they said I should receive a promo code through email but I never did.
the promotion was stated on the Verizon website and also was stated during the purchase process at the port in stage

Verizon Boise gave me the code and I was still denied. I have a support ticket from 11/25 where Verizon never replied on my switcher credits. I feel I'll have to escalate this.
