This has just been absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a new pixel xl 9 pro and line and received the cartoffer deal for a 200.00 gift card. The link to activate the submission to claim the offer was on the PDF file of my bill. When I click the link of course nothing happens. No instructions other than click link to claim by a certain date. So I waited a few weeks and no email no nothing. After going back and forth I finally got someone that gave me the code to enter and file for rebate. Still no clear instructions once I filed for the rebate unsure of which line I should tie the rebate too I filed the rebate for all three of my current line assuming that once processed it would be approved for the correct line. 3.5 weeks later the rebates were processed for the two older lines as invalid. So process of elimination my question was answeres. Yet the third line was never approved. 2.5 weeks later I get a email telling me that the third line was also denied as invalid. So I called and was told since I applied for rebate on all three lines that all were considered invalid. I don't buy this at all. If so they should have been all claimed as invalid as t the same time. The order was placed online which is why I got the offer to begin with. I still have the phone, haven't missed any payments. All lines are still active. There is absolutely no reason for the rebate to be invalid. So I contacted customer service and was told that the problem would be escalated. Oh boy here we go again. I was asked verification questions which should have been obvious. When I asked why the rebate dept could verify this information I was told they don't have the same access to the account. If they don't have access to the account how can they properly verify rebate information?? So you wait the posted time for processing and the people in charge of processing so actually have a way to verify your information to process the rebates? So it just depends on the mood they are in? Customer supposed talked to the rebate center and resubmitted the rebate and the information showing that the line did qualify for the rebate. Yet I didn't receive any information showing this. Just told to not call in about it anymore and wait. I am so over Verizon. The lack of US customer support is mind blowing. The automated systems and lack of access to support via email is ridiculous. I just want my rebate, I want customer service to stop screwing up my lines with they're lack of knowledge. I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech 2 fixing esim issue performed by customer service. This should even be a thing. If you can't process rebates with integrity, dont offer them. Long rant, just over the garbage Time to find a new phone service.

I’m dealing with the same issue since August. Finally got the rebate info to submit Oct 1 only by finding it here in the community chat. Last week I was told rebate was confirmed all good and to just want the full 8 weeks. Today it changed to “invalid”. I keep asking for a supervisor and they won’t transfer me insisting they can help only to get no where. Now after being on the phone for 30 min the call dropped. So over this!

Hi, I am also having this issue. Can you please help? I had the "$200 E-Gift card" cartoffer as part of closing out my online transaction (i.e., ordering 4 new iPhone 15PM from Verizon and transferring 4 lines from AT&T), but I never received detailed information on how to redeem the gift card. Thanks.
