I had to spend 3 hours last night due to a technical issue from Verizon when upgrading two phones. Asked in chat today about the possibility of Verizon refunding the upgrade fee due to this problem, and the agent has been giving me the runaround for over a half-hour now. They claim they're talking to the "back office," but it takes them 5 minutes to reply to anything I ask.
I will be looking at other mobile providers for the eight lines I currently have w/ Verizon.
