I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and was told that I would receive a $200 gift card for porting in my number. However, after completing the port yesterday, I was informed that the $200 gift card is not available. Can someone explain what might have gone wrong? Is there still a way for me to receive the $200 gift card, or was this offer not applicable to my situation?
