I can't figure out how to make a complaint I traded my s20 in for the s24 I like this phone alot but I just lost my job I have had it for like 2 months nothing wrong with it but VERIZON won't let me out of my deal so most likely it going to collections I don't know why they wouldn't just let me send in device and work something out all business first I guess as always I should have never signed up for this deal
