Costco $100 rebate never received

Upgraded Verizon account at Verizon Costco kiosk and was supposed to receive $100 gift card after 90 days. It has been 120 days.  Talked to Costco 4x and Verizon 4x, they just keep pointing fingers at each other.  No one wants to take any responsibility.... shocker.  Costco suggested I wait some more,  I suppose to hope I forget about it. So frustrating. Regret trusting the Verizon employee.

Hey, JM22630! We definitely want to make sure that you receive the offers you qualify for. To clarify, was this a $100.00 Costco Digital Shop Card for upgrading your phone? If so, there is a 90-day wait period before the offer is validated on your account. This is done to ensure that the return period has already expired. After the 90-day wait period, the digital shop card will then take up to 14 weeks to deliver. If it's been 120 days after your purchase, this means we're still within the 14 weeks processing time. My math says it has been 17 weeks since the transaction.  Does that mean it is 14 weeks before anything is done and then several more before it gets processed? 90 days was what I was told and says on my paperwork. And that would have been at the beginning of February. Thank you for your reply,  I appreciate it.  I have had so many phone calls with Verizon and Costco and they all don't know what to do. A Verizon person last week said she was going to "escalate" it and I never heard from anyone,  she said 3-5 days,  Even business days it is past that.

 I just reread your reply,  you are saying after the 90 days that your rep said I would get the shop card,  it can take you 4 more months to process this? So I should be looking somewhere around mid summer 2024?

JM22630, that is correct. The gift card does not order until after the customer hits the 90 day time frame for the Costco Return Policy and can take up to 14 weeks after the purchase date to be delivered. If it has been more than 14 weeks since your purchase, we do recommend checking the email address associated with your account for an email from  costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com and we also recommend checking your junk/spam folder to see if it may have been filtered to one of those folders. If it has been more than 14 weeks and after checking your email for an email from the above email address, please let us know so that we can further assist.
