Hi Folks,
I added 5 new verizon lines in their store located at Costco in September 2023 and was told I will receive via mail or email $250 five gift cards. That seems to be just a matter of marketing and absorbing customers. I didn’t see such emails or anything in mailbox, and the Verizon agent in chat tells me to go to Costco and claim it. This does not make sense because Verizon advertised and sold the lines so how Costco becomes liable to handle this? I am puzzled and looking forward to a solution.
