Costco Rebate $250 - NO Response from Verizon Nor Costco

I switched 12/30/23 I was told I was going to be receiving 250 per line rebate from Costco and NOW not Costco nor Verizon have any clue of this rebate. FALSE advertisement and not one or the other have a clue of what is being offered to customers

Karteaga, we understand your concerns with wanting to make sure that you receiving your anticipated rebate offer. The Digital Shop Card email takes up to 14 weeks to deliver and the gift card does not order until after the customer hits the 90 day time frame for the Costco Return Policy.

Hi, 

You mentioned the Costco $250 rebate card is not issued until the card hit's 90 days. How can I get confirmation my rebates will be issued and emailed to me as promised by Verizon? as no one at Verizon or costco have any idea of what I am talking about when I call customer services. I called Verizon and I am told to call costco and vice versa.

Hello, Karteaga, I'm sorry to hear you've been bounced around when asking about your Shop Card. The offer was not through Costco directly, but via Verizon kiosks at the store so Costco employees will likely not have direct knowledge of the offer. Please keep an eye on your email/spam folder as your Shop Card will be delivered promptly after that return deadline has expired. The message will come from the address costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com.

Hi,

I activated my lines 10/20/2023 and it has been over 90 days and I havenโ€™t received any of my costco rebate cards. Please help as well.

Same problem here. I ported 3 lines in aug 23 and still have not seen those promised Costco cards. The sign on the kiosk was changed months later to sayโ€new phoneโ€ required. This was not the case when I ported in . The Victra sales person clearly lied. Even told the Costco manger that they are hosting a merchant that is using false marketing.

all this angst but no luck . Now they fold shop and disappear from Costco. Verizon needs to look closely at Victra  and correct this.
