I switched my service over in October. After 50+ hours speaking with online support, I finally went into a Verizon store. Issue after issue with my account resulted in more wasted time and more visits. My account ended up being canceled and a new account added. The cost has been 4x+ what I originally agreed to. My 'free ipad' with my new phone is still being charged for monthly. The 'free' tablet with my second phone is also being charged for. The Verizon gift card promo still has not been sent. This whole ordeal has been the biggest nightmare and customer support is a complete joke. Many regrets.

One issue after another. My problems are still not fully resolved and it seems support chats are now my second full time job.

Has anyone received  the $200 gift card promo you promised? What is your company doing to make up for the nightmare experienced by every new customer switching to your service?????
