Verizon service is terrible.  I have had the worse experience trying to upgrade 3 phones   Yes they torture you to even try and spend money.  The deal had to be done on site not at store I tried store staff tried but unable to assist.  Website crashed multiple times after an hour tried the next morning.  Again could not complete transaction.  Tried chat service with live agents was passed to 3 agents all unsuccessful.  Almost 3 hours later called and rescheduled a lovely affect who completed transaction in less than 15 mins I thought but instead of getting messages of next day delivery I received tracking information for delivery 2 days later and my appointment with the pro on the go which agent confirmed could not occur.  I called and spoke to another customer service agent who saw both the appointment got today and tracking that phone would not be delivered so they were confused.  They also didn’t know anything about pto on the go although it was an option to select for delivery.   Verizon can’t support its customers.  I will be looking for a new carrier after 12 years of loyal service.   Sad they charge more than most and can’t get their on systems to work or educate their employees.

Sorry to hear of your experience.  If your Pro on the Go appointment didn't happen, at least you didn't get billed for that?  Because I can't imagine that having a representative come to you to set up your service or device wouldn't cost something.

Sure wish Verizon would bring back CS within their organization, instead of outsourcing it.  I'm sure you remember days past when it wasn't Customer Disservice.  Unfortunately, the other large carriers also outsource their CS.
