Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, Verizon does not honor there promotions, customer service disconnects u and makes u start over n over again, they lie to you don’t do there job, I’ve wasted n hrs and days  with customer service been disrespected by them. The promotions are a joke still have yet to get mine honored. I’ve never seen a company n customers service so horrible in my entire life!
