When is Verizon gonna offer phone deals to existing customers and not just for new customers and new lines!! Talk about Greedy!!! All I see is FREE phone deals or $1000 off a phone with a NEW LINE or NEW CUSTOMER but come on i’ve been here I’ve been paying for four lines for years!!! I’m currently on a iPhone 13 it’s 75% paid off and I want to upgrade to a 16 . BUT they want me to put down $600 because instead of looking at my loyal history with them (Verizon ) they look at my credit (unfortunately, I was a victim of identity fraud and took a hit on my credit recently because of itI) But for real, I pay my bill for my FOUR lines on time EVERY month!! they can look at my history for Pete sake I have four lines myself. I’ve been a customer for several years. When do I get a deal??? Something‘s gotta be said about loyalty we’re the ones keeping Verizon going, we pay our bills monthly, so pay a little respect to us, please and stop being greedy by ONLY offering these huge deals to new people. Instead why don’t you offer the “new customer”the chance to purchase tickets early for random concerts that are nowhere near where they live and Give your PAYING CUSTOMERS the free phone deals how’s that?
