Hello r
Earlier this year I signed up for fios after ACP ended thinking I would get 6 months at $0. I immediately qualified for verizon forward after.
Since then I have contacted verizon trying to adjust my bill I signed up for the Fios 300 Mbps internet as a new customer and qualified for verizon forward. The last rep told me it was because my lifeline was not activated. She added it and now my forward discount was removed making it more expensive then it was before. Previous it was $9.99 now it is $28.66
This was the offer and page:

When will I receive internet at $0? Look at my bill history. I have always paid some amount each month.
Look at the people saying the same thing here
