Did not receive the $300 gift card

Hello, I switched from ATT to Verizon and was told that I would receive a $300 promotion gift card for switching. I never received any information regarding the gift card and it’s been a month already. Please assist

I am currently experiencing this same issue. I was told it would come in the mail after I signed up and switched services and got a bunch of new lines with Verizon. Nothing has come in the mail. I reached out to customer service and have all the screenshots but they just closed the case and never offered an explanation!!! I’m literally about to cancel and get an attorney.

I have the exact same issue. I moved from Mint to Verizon and was told by the agent I would receive a $100 gift card for each of the two lines I moved over (total: $200) in November. Never received anything, was waiting for it to reflect on the portal. Don’t know the exact promo code because the agent just told me that I will be receiving it. Please can you make this right Verizon, it’s super deceptive marketing.

Exact same thing happened to me. Puchased new iPhones and switched 11-26-24. No information, no email. Have contacted Verizon four times now about it. Each time they say "you should get an email within a week" but nothing. Seems like something nefarious is at play.
