My service has been mediocre at best lately and I just noticed that I've been paying insurance on an eSim-only device for 23 months. I've chatted with 4-5 reps and on the phone with 2 supervisors looking for a reimbursement and they're all saying I should've just checked my bill better...which has been on AutoPay for years. I'm trying to get my account number and they're telling me no as well.
What is even the point of that entire call center if they're not going to do anything?
