Hello, I havn't seen this questioned asked for this most recent deal yet.

I was hoping to get some more information on the new deal, Free Samsung T.V. with phone purchase/upgrade.

The details say 50 inch, or 75 inch. What qualifies you for either T.V?

I upgraded to the Samsung fold 6, with monthly device payments. I'm curious which T.V i will be elligible to claim when the time comes.

Hi, for this promotion, you would have to add a new line, or upgrade and select a 5G smartphone on Unlimited Ultimate plan. You would then have the option to choose between $0 monthly payment for your device or your choice of either a 75” Samsung 4K QLED TV ($1799 MSRP value) or 50” Samsung 4K Frame TV ($1299 MSRP value).

Since you have upgraded your device with monthly payments included, you would have the option to chose between two Samsung TV options. You can choose either one, as long as its available and the promotion requirements including the Unlimited Ultimate plan were met..

when I was in the store on Saturday getting a new phone they told me I would qualify for either one and I could select the size I wanted when the time comes, as long as they still had it in stock.

Glad to hear you were able to take advantage of our offers! After 30 days of the device activation, you will receive an email to redeem the TV. From there, you will see a tile in My Verizon to claim the offer. You will then have 60 days to claim the TV.

You have to wait 30 days, and the promo hasn't even been live for a month yet. If you selected the TV option, you should've gotten an email confirmation, as well. Read the fine print.

Upgrade having this issue as well

I upgraded my line to get the promotional TV, and I'm not seeing any records of it besides my bill going up and I reviewed all the paperwork and it looks like it never got submitted and now I feel like I'm losing out on the TV

If Samsung’s inventory of T.V.’s are depleted before I can redeem my voucher, will I be able to receive the zero payments offer as a substitute?

When I spoke to a representative to see if I could purchase home internet instead to qualify they said the 50” is a picture frame style & the 75” is a regular style & I believe they only offer one model for each choice.

I went to store a store. Got two ultra s 24 upgrade. I was never offered the TV. Until someone told me a week later. Went bck to store. They was clueless of the promotion. However with another MGR. They said I can get it still I would have to wait 30 days from the date I upgraded. Then I should receive a promotion add to me EMAIL?

Can I get some clarity on this??

I just upgraded my phone with the new service plan. My service plan hasn’t changed yet. Since I already ordered the phone and will be receiving it in a couple days will the new service plan begin once I receive the phone?

No idea, I just applied for the tv with a Samsung s24 purchase. I’ll have to check to for the tile to redeem the tv after 30 days of service. No email records of the tv and $200 rebate.

I upgraded my phone to a S24+ on Nov 26th and have not received an email to claim a samsung tv. I chatted in and the rep said I was supposed to choose the TV at the time I upgraded the phone. However, I was told I could not select a TV until after 30 days. Can someone look into this for me please? I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks!

Hello mdavi0778! This promotion does require that you activate the eligible 5G smartphone and maintain eligible services for 30 days before you can redeem the offer. You then have 60 days from that point to redeem it. Redemption will appear as a tile on the Account page when you sign in to My Verizon once it is available to redeem.

Best of luck redeeming the TV. I upgraded my phone and plan on November 26, recieves a redemntion link that doesn't work. I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon only to get continuously kicked down the road. I even had a rep promise me that he redeemed it for me and that I would receive the TV last Thursday or Friday. Spoiler alert! I am still waiting.

How long after 30 days? Is it supposed to be exact or just some time after. I made the purchased Dec 20, Today is Jan 21.

Did not get sent to my Verizon app..but was sent to my email after several frustrating phone calls and could only get 50 inch since 75 is out of stock..what a nice way of doing business...just knew it sounded too good to be true!!

I have been a Verizon customer for 27 years. Interesting enough same issue happened a few years ago on the Samsung watch. I upgraded in November, elected to pay for the phone for the free TV. It has been over 30 days and still no offer. Called the *611 today and spoke with a rep. He escalated the call only to be hung up on after waiting several minutes. Considering leaving Verizon of this misleading advertising tactic.

I have been waiting for mine since December 19th. Which was the date I could claim it after doing everything that was asked by Verizon. The original link that was to my email was a broken link and wouldn't let me in. Had to wait two weeks before a new link was provided to me by Verizon. After the new link was provided, I went to claim it again but the 75 inch TV, is "sold out". Per the link. I have called Verizon multiple times about this with no help, or TV being sent. And I will not choose a smaller tv especially when the store representative told me it was for a 75 inch. I spent $4000 on phones, activation and I am still waiting for someone to provide me a solution. Multiple representatives have "escalated" the problem but Never and solutions. I wouldn't hold your breath because you won't see the TV in your lifetime or mine it seems like. I don't care who reads this as my next step is calling someone that will help. A lawyer. And I am sure many of you will roll your eyes after saying this but it is the principal of it all now. Especially when it was promised by 4 representatives that it will be sent too me, and that I am first in line. These are the things they have told me but again NOTHING Has Changed. I know, Verizon, hopes people will give up and forget about it but no way in he!! will I.

After seeing the promotion code, yes it is a choice of two. One is a Samsung Frame 50in for the reail price of $1299 and the other is a Samsung 75 in QLED for the retail price of $1799. The only one in stock is the Samsung Frame. I won't settle for the smaller as a store representative said 75 in. They need to SUBSTITUTE another 75 in for the same price

I don't know how to answer that. But it is a good question. I think we should all get a TV and some kind of discount due to the inconvenience of all of this. I am battling the same issues. They have "Escalated" the issue but nothing is fixed. They have also promised me that I will get, as like they ordered it. Nothing shows up. So now I am still waiting with the promotion almost finished. I don't know what to do

You should receive an email for the TV and after 30 days you can choose either a 50in or 75in. But it will only be a 50in because the 75in is and has been sold out.

You will get an email. But sadly don't expect a TV if you want the 75in. Those are sold out through Samsung. The 50in Samsung Frame is available still. But sadly A Lot of us were never told about 50in. Only the 75in. Hence the issue here

I will never do this deal ever again. I did it and received an email saying I picked this promotion. I waited for 30 days and no email. I contact them to try to redeem the deal. There is no tile to redeem. I have been messaging them multiple times. This last time they were supposed to have somebody email me a code to redeem with in 7 days. Still nothing. They are trying everything to make me not be able to redeem this. Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through. It is false advertising. It should be easy to redeem.

File an fcc complaint there is a thread over on reddit with 100's of people with the exact same issue literally text book.

I’m having a seem complete problem. I’ve been on the phone and chat for over 10 hours in the past 30 days about getting this issue resolved with the free TV. I guess it’s my fault which pretty much Verizon is telling me that I pay the device off early so that hurts me. I just paying a bill early or a device early so they get their money in advance is a bad thing I guess this world‘s coming to where you pay your bills in advance or on time is a bad thing Just on the phone for over an hour and a half this morning telling me they’re gonna try to call me back in four days which they were supposed to do last week and never did. How to qualify: You must purchase a new Samsung phone at Verizon with an Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate plan.
Redemption: After 30 days of Verizon service, you can redeem the offer for a free Samsung TV at Samsung's online store.
