Hello, I havn't seen this questioned asked for this most recent deal yet.

I was hoping to get some more information on the new deal, Free Samsung T.V. with phone purchase/upgrade. 

The details say 50 inch, or 75 inch. What qualifies you for either T.V?

I upgraded to the Samsung fold 6, with monthly device payments. I'm curious which T.V i will be elligible to claim when the time comes.

Hi,  for this promotion, you would have to add a new line, or upgrade and select a 5G smartphone on Unlimited Ultimate plan. You would then have the option to choose between $0 monthly payment for your device or your choice of either a 75” Samsung 4K QLED TV ($1799 MSRP value) or 50” Samsung 4K Frame TV ($1299 MSRP value).

Since you have  upgraded your device with monthly payments included, you would have the option to chose between two Samsung TV options. You can choose either one, as long as its available and the promotion requirements including the Unlimited Ultimate plan were met.

I upgraded my line to get the promotional TV, and I'm not seeing any records of it besides my bill going up and I reviewed all the paperwork and it looks like it never got submitted and now I feel like I'm losing out on the TV

Help me as well please. I have been waiting for any updates on this offer since December 11th, 2024 when I upgraded my phone+plan to receive the promotional offer! Upon accepting, I haven't had any follow ups regarding the promotion via text nor email!

Same here. I have been fighting with them to try to get my tv. No luck yet. The last person is supposed to have them manually send me a link in 7 days to redeem.

Was told it was a different offer, its either the $ off or the tv. Even got verbal confirmation from the manager. I literally upgraded my plan and everything and have been paying more for an offer I can't get.
