Hi, is there anyone that received their free Samsung TV promotional offer? 

The 3 store associates confirmed us about it. Its 75 inch tv. And we called few times and an agent also confirmed about it. Now we called again because it's more than 30 days and still no email or code to redeem it. After long multiple calls, now they are acting like it didn't happen... 

Does anyone able to actually received the TV or they are just lying? If so where else can we report about this fraud advertisement? We are thinking calling BBB and filing a complaint with the FTC and FCC.

We are terribly sorry to read about your dilemma. We see multiple private message being sent out.

 

Look for the messages icon that should be on the page toward the upper right. Look like an envelope.  It will be gold color if unopened items.

I've seen it, no difference.  You are just sending me the same message to look in the Verizon app, there is no tile for tv offer there.

There is no tile of any tv offer there. We've check countless times. Costumer service said they email the redemption code, the other one said it's in the app. Another one is twisting the offer to our trade in value. You guys just transferring  us from one agent to another then you hung up everytime. We already lost hours and hours on the phone.

Yes we do, we just want to get the 75 inch tv. I don't understand what is so hard about that. You guys just messaging and emailing us the same message over and over again.

Did you ever get this worked out? If not alot of us are filing complaints with the fcc, ftc, and the bbb. Not saying do it just telling you the options. At this point it's hundreds of us with the same identical situation which is wild within itself. They just keep putting in "escalation" tickets.

Hi, this same thing is going on with me. Last year, Christmas. Added my bf to my plan got a super expensive phone and the unlimited plan for both of us. Did this all over the phone. Was explained about the free the tv and how I was supposed to receive an email with news about the free TV. Never seen a time. It’s been a long time now and I lowkey gave up. But no, not really, it’s irritating. I feel like I’ve been lied to. And they don’t set up any easy steps when you have an offer like that. There should be a tile that’s already there in the app and has a status or something. I don’t know. Has this been resolved? Verizon, do better. I don’t even know if calling again would even do anything. At this point just ship the tv to customers. THATS how it should be done. Smh.
